3. Who we share data with

We share data, to the extent necessary, with the following categories of recipients:

the website hosting provider;
the e-mail service provider;
the company that develops and technically maintains the website;
the providers of external services loaded on the pages: Google;
the providers of the messaging apps you use to contact us;
providers of traffic analysis services, only if you have given consent through the cookie banner.

4. Transfer of data outside the Republic of Moldova

The website servers are located in the European Economic Area.

Google — measuring traffic (Google Analytics). The data is transferred on the basis of the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission and included in the provider's terms. You can obtain a copy by writing to us at business.estate.md@gmail.com.

E-mail — the messages you send us and our replies pass through the e-mail service of Google. For the state where the provider is located there is no decision on the adequacy of the level of protection; the transfer is necessary to act on your request or to perform the contract concluded with you.

Yandex Metrica — only with your consent given through the cookie banner. The data goes to a state for which there is no decision on the adequacy of the level of protection, and no contractual safeguards apply. The risks: the authorities of that state may obtain access to the data, and exercising your rights there is more difficult. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page, with no effect on your use of the website.

5. How long we keep data

correspondence about enquiries — up to one year from the last message;
technical server logs — 30 days;
reviews taken from other platforms — for as long as they are published on the website or until the author objects;
cookies — for the period stated in section 7.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Right to object. You can object at any time to the processing based on our legitimate interest, listed in section 2, on grounds relating to your particular situation. We stop the processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim. Objection to direct marketing is unconditional.

7. Cookies

Analytics — how many visitors we have, which pages are read and where visitors come from. Providers: Google (Google Analytics), Yandex (Yandex Metrica). Duration: cookies — up to 2 years; data at the providers — 14 months at Google Analytics, according to the service's rules at Yandex Metrica.

8. Our pages on social networks

We run pages on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. For the statistics of these pages we are joint controllers with the platform. The allocation of responsibilities between us and the platform is described in Meta's agreement for Facebook and Instagram and in TikTok's agreement.
